The Close School of Entrepreneurship has given me the opportunity to start my own company, Project One, through the Entrepreneurship Co-op. My vision of the world depicts a place where everyone has access to the internet, and through that can be empowered with high-quality, personalized education. This co-op has given me office space, seed funding, the opportunity to explore three countries in Africa and to explore my own strengths and weaknesses. I learned what modern life is like in a handful of the many different cultures and economies in Africa. I also learned that climbing down Mount Kilimanjaro is just as difficult as climbing up it.
My vision of the world depicts a place where everyone has access to the internet, and through that can be empower with high-quality, personalized education.
I would never have been able to do any of this without Drexel. My time here has been invaluable, through the people I’ve met, and the opportunities and experiences I’ve had as a result.
